| Mr Speaker Part of the Great Reform of 4340 included a clause which allows the creation of nuclear weapons. The Moderate proposes the creation of 5 Nuclear Weapons for defense purposes to match what most of our neighbors have. The Nuclear Weapons will be named when they are complete. The Nuclear Weapon will be created, one at a time, and it takes 2 years to construct each. I Yield |
