Message | The Progressive Conservatives believe that the government should use some of the funds saved from the limitations placed on minimum income payments in the Welfare Reform Act of 4343 (Part A) to invest into the creation of a network of government-run homeless shelters. These shelters will provide homeless citizens with a temporary safe place of residence. |
