| Tea Sani, Minister of Defence, ULD: Colleagues, We want to present this bill, an effort to help our allies from Kalopia, and not only them but many more, as will be shown in a bill that my colleague, the Minister of Finance, will most likely present soon. This bill, however, is specific to this situation. If we are to note how long the Kapolian crisis has been going on, we must consider a slight alteration in the system, as will be presented now. The idea is that we will grant Kalopia subsidies for the time being, until the end of the war; subsidies without a profit. Yes, we will simply give them money in the purest form, something that will effectively aid them in the crisis, and surely allow them to take the upper hand. For repair works, Istalia will grant them a loan, to rebuild their economy, that will be repaid with a low percentage. What makes them subsidies was the aforementioned lack of a percentage. The Istalian Republic will grant Kalopia a sum of money indicated by Kalopia in the form of war subsidies, that will be repaid in an amount of time set after negotiating the sum Kalopia will be able to tkae a loan with a low percentage, that will be decided upon after the amount will be decided |
