| (This bill was proposed by the minister of Education and culture Julia Buccho) We need to ensure that every student of Hutori have the same education and the same chances of success in life. If every student from every school receive the same exact education the value of the diploma will raise and it will be easier for the public school students to find a jobs when they grow up. |

The exemption allows Private and Charter Schools to go above and beyond or to focus on specific things should their Charters have a mandate to. Should we quash the rights of this non-government entities? If that's the case why are we allowing private Institutions and Charter Schools to begin with?
