This bill allows scientists to do research with less fear of odious regulations, allowing them to innovate and explore the limits of human capability.

This bill also provides for a strong education and secondary education system, which will help us create a new generation of brilliant scientists (while also allowing those NOT interested in secondary education to leave school earlier)
