Bill: D.d.l 10/4345 Public Transport Taxpayer Relief
Details
Submitted by[?]: Partito Nazionale Democratico
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: February 4346
Description[?]:
Paolo Vespa-Baldassare, Minister of Internal Affairs, We believe that as not everyone uses the public transports, they should not be free in order to relieve the taxpayer from paying for services which they do not use. Moreover, nothing is really free anyway as it is a service for which people are willing to pay for and hence it only makes sense to subsidise it 'only' partially for everyone and make the rest user pays. This saves us a lot of money which can be spent elsewhere such as health and infrastructure. Thank you |
