Description[?]:
(This bill was proposed by the minister of Environnement and Toursism David Green) Polluting cars have a devastating effect on the environnement and we must ban them. However, it would be very unwise to simply ban polluting car just like that as many low-earning hutorian couldn't afford to buy new car and as the hutorian's car industry wouldn't be able to adapt. So, what we propose is to ban polluting car gradually over many years. Provision; Article 1)The production of cars using non-environmentally friendly fuels shall be banned upon the year 4352. Article 2) The use of cars using non-environmentally friendly fuels shall be banned upon the year 4360 |
