| Following the an increase in hostility from Valruzia the Ministry of Defense has decided the following; • Due to the recent border crisis with the Republic of Valuzia, the Ministry decides to strengthen the northern border with 12.000 additional officers, totaling 12.500 men. Additionally one-hundred pieces of artillery shalle be positioned four kilometers behind the Likatonia-Valruzia border at all times. • Carry out temporary, invasive border checks and persecute and prosecute all offenders and individuals who illegally cross the Valruzo-Likatonian border. This is a direct order from the ministry and cannot be stopped, this debate was started in an effort to inform all representatives of the current grave situation with our militaristic neighbour to the south. |

| Message | First of all with all due respect Mr. MINORITY Speaker, keep your tone civil and words appropriate in this House of Representatives and to your President. Now secondly. I find it disturbing that you would take the word of a foreign entity rather that then your own government. That smells like collusion, nevertheless though our intelligence service do not lie. There were a large amount of Valruzian forces on our border, i told them to knock it of and they pulled back. And then afterwards their Prime Minister told me she is posting 3000 men on our border again. So i said the Buck Stops Here. And i federalized the East Bolton National Guard, and ordered them to patrull and guarantee the territoriell integrity of Likatonia on our southern border. I also instructed the Minister of Internals affairs Henry Blackstone to oversee new immigration check points and send additionel border patrol officers to our southern border. And i also instructed the Minister of Defense Alexander Dereleth to oversee the positioning of additionel artillary pieces there. I ordered all these actions because it is my solem duty as President and with in my authority as commander in-chief of the Armed Forces to protect and defend the constitution, the Likatonian people and this republic from threats abroud and domestic. And third, i am disgusted that you mr. Speaker say that i as President is pursuing conflict with Valruzia because of some sick and twisted desire for me to get re-elected and be written about in the history books. These allegetions are simply false and unbecoming of someone in your postion. And fourth, I might ask on why you have since day one defended and excused the Valruzian goverments actions, and consitently sought to undermine your own democratecly elected Likatonian goverment in these tense and trubled times. You keep refering to some old friendships between our two nations as a reason not to stand up for ourselfves when beset upon by them. I ask you if your are forcibly violated by an old friend,should you excuse that horrible act because of some old friendship, now that might have been the norm durign your partie's tenure as President but not anymore. Valruzia has never enacted any bill which would place "100.000 troops/soldiers/whatever" on the Likatonian-Valruzian border. It's a fact you cannot provide any evidence. This game is about consistent role-play... you have none. You do not use facts. You use "your facts"... That's stupid and is contrary to what this game is about. I will have to refuse to perform any form of role-playing considering Likatonia and relations between Valruzia and Likatonia as you are not a reliable player in terms of role-play. What bills do you have to support your allegations? None. I'm done with You and refuse to further take part in this stupidity. IC: President of the Federal Republic of Likatonia has reached out to the Government in Nowogard with fake allegations of stationing 100.000 Valruzian soldiers from Valruzia in the border region of Likatonia and Valruzia. Valruzia clearly denies it and presented the Government of Likatonia with sufficient evidence that this is a lie and that there is no any significant increase in the number of stationed officers of the Border Patrol, Police or any other uniformed forces of Valruzia in the border region. The only reform we've introduced is the reform of the Border Patrol and the Coastal Guard which were enlarged to employ 30 and 45 thousand officers respectively but no provision in the introduced reform does not include stationing more officers to the border region. (Here's the original bill http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=554613 - do take notice that there is no provision about stationing more soldiers on the Valruzian border with Likatonia). Despite the allegations have been dismissed and their false character exposed, the President of Likatonia decided to follow his irrational path of policies and decided to break the long-lasting friendly relations between Likatonia and Valruzia - both and important elements of the Seleyan Union, North Seleyan Economic Community and the Council of Seleya which are the three pillars of the Seleyan Integration and peace on the Continent. The government of Likatonia seems to forget that it is the SU, NSEC, and CoS thanks to which our continent does not have to witness such crisis as the recent war between Malivia and Darnussia & Narikaton. For several decades now our continent noticed significant growth in both political and economic way. It wasn't, isn't and will never be in Valruzia's interest to undermine the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of any of Seleyan Nations as Valruzia highly values the multicultural and political diversity of the continent. We pursue the path of friendly relations and mutual economic growth. We are opposed to any type of provocations as means of conducting politics. It is a truly regrettable decision, that the President of the Federal Republic of Likatonia, an important part of the Seleyan Union, under the influence of caprice decided to end what makes the Seleyan Continent Great, what makes our Continent Strong. We hope that at some point in history the people of Likatonia and politicians in Likatonia will notice how bad decision it was to end the friendly relations with Valruzia and the Seleyan Union. Once again, we remind that the whole crisis was initiated by false, fake, and irrational allegations which do not have any justification in facts and the fact that the Government of Likatonia was deaf for the words of Nowogard which tried everything in its force to convince the Government of Likatonia about possible consequences resulting from using false information against Valruzia.
