Article 1 a) Marriage between one or more citizens of the United Repubic of Kalistan (hereby the URK), or any other name by which it refers to itself in the future may only be recognized by the government of the URK with accordance to its marriage laws. I) This applies without regard to the marriage laws of countries where the marriage is being conducted. b) Marriages within the territorial boundaries of the URK of one or more foreigners and/or non-citizen residents may only be recognized by the government of the URK with accordance to its marriage laws. c) Foreigners married within the boundaries of the URK will not be eligible to receive marriage or child benefits provided by the government of the URK. I) This does not include recognized non-citizen residents. |
