Bill: Vote of no confidence into the President

Details

Submitted by[?]: Faschistische Union

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4350

Description[?]:

By passage of this act the Senat declares the following:

1. It has no confidence into the President and asks him to step down.
2. Launch an investigation into the Presidents office to find out who disregarded the adivce of cabinet ministers on the security implications of appointing left-wings parties on sensitive security posts.

Reason:

The party of the President William Hamilton has insulted the Highest Court as "sham court" )http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=555819). It can be assumed that this statement happened with the agreement of the UDP.
The President and his party, regardless of warnings by the Minister of Defence and Internal Affairs, want to go ahead with the appointment of left-wing parties into high-sensitive posts which would give them access to highly-secure projects.
