| This bill will allow and promote the building of ICMB’s for the Klavian Armed Forces. It would be capable of carrying a nuclear weapon to almost every nation in the world. Also this is a bill allowing the stockpiling of uranium and nuclear warheads in Klavia. Estimated nuclear capabilities if allies from the Seleyan Union and North Dovani assists is expected to reach around 150 warheads by 4400. Remember no one wants to fight a country that can end the world in a ball of flame. |

| Message | OOC: This needs to be RP'd correctly. Klavia has no current access to uranium or radioactive materials, so we would have to acquire them from other nations, raw materials or otherwise. That being said, I don't believe that Klavia requires nuclear weaponry. How about we aim to create biochemical weaponry instead. It's cheaper and arguably could be made to be more effective, and could present us with a lot of interesting, if not fun, RP. |
