MessageAPP government feels the need to inculcate a sense of ownership and competition in our citizens by contracting them to provide services to fellow citizens. By operating a national TOC government will be encouraging more investment into public transport by private investors whose main aim will be to provide better services. And lastly President Rodríguez agrees that the issue of public works cant be left to local governments for now because with government involvement in the works local contractors will find stand to benefit more in that this government is seeking to empower its nationals therefore it shall award most contracts to its people.
