(This bill was proposed by the MP Phil Wheeler) Pesticide can be a great way for farmers to make their farm more efficient. If indeed pesticide can sometime be harmful for the environnement, with proper regulation of its use we can ensure that no significant damage is done to the environnement. Provision; Article 1) The ministry of Food and Agriculture shall be in charge of regulating the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. |
