Message | Let me explain this bill, article by article. The first article bans cryptocurrency. Something that makes illegal trading possible, items such as weapons and drugs can be bought or sold with cryptocurrency and we can’t trace it or tax it. This is becoming a big problem and we could face possible budget cuts if the amount brought in using real money is cut because people have found a false alternative. It is basically a form of dodgy tax evasion which we should crack down upon. Not only that but it also hinders our economy, influences inflation and much much more. It only has positive impacts on a very few people. The second article would ensure that the government has less control of workers and their lives. The people and their employers should meet and discuss, without government interfierence cracking down on meaningful debate. Article three will encourage people to find better jobs and allows employers to grow larger faster. And let us not forget that the jobs that pay minimum wage are not meant to be permanent at all and are only stepping stones. Article four will end the corrupt power of the trade unions that just creates more hassle by the day. It doesn’t make sense that people employed by a totally different company are striking for something their employers have no say in. |

Message | A2 is to ensure that workers are given fair working hours, negotiations don't ensure anything. The rest of the bill seems fine but we won't support it unless A2 is removed. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
