MessageMy party won't budge on our support for school choice and charter schools. Also, "There are no courts."? That's anarchist. Every country needs rule of law, and a justice system to uphold them. Unregulated child labor? that would be opening the gates of mass child abuse. Not to mention, I believe we have legal prostitution; Which could mean a legal child sex slave trade if this bill were passed?

MessageCharter schools are funded by the government. For true freedom from government, charter schools should not exist.

MessageNo, it's currently left up to local governments as to whether or not they get extra government funding. Charter schools are paid for by the families of those attending.

MessageHaaretz, Charter schools are private educational facilities not government run public schools. Also your whole freedom bullshit lets be real here....how in the hell can you say your advocating freedom from the government when in reality such attempts involve increasing it's size and placing arbitrary regulations on the free market? The answer is that you can't do so without mental gymnastics.

ACTUALLY GET A GRASP ON LIBERTARIAN AND ANARCHO CAPITALIST IDEOLOGY BEFORE YOU BECOME A BLIGHT UPON ITS GOOD NAME!

Message"Proposal[?] to change Charter school policy (free, privately run, publicly funded schools)."
^This^ is what is meant by "charter school". Public funding is literally written into the policy...

And actually, charter schools ARE government funded. A school becomes a charter school when they sign a -charter- with the government, allowing them to receive funding while still operating as an independent organization. A charter school has additional autonomy, meaning they can set their own curriculum and determine their own hirings, independent of the central school district. But they are still government funded, and they can be closed down/cut-off if performance is low. That is something an anarcho-capitalist party would NOT support.

Please list the article where you see an additional regulation.

OOC: This bill was written to show what kinds of actual, practical changes an Anarcho-Capitalist party (like Herut) would implement if they had their way 100%. It is not a reflection of the beliefs of Haaretz, nor is it an attempt to dismantle the government of Beiteynu.
