| Message | Mr Speaker, We recognise the bold attempt of the Establishment Hulstrians to help improve the medical situation within Dolgava. However, pouring unnecessary billions of Dalderis into this is not the answer to our problems. There are two simple methods Dolgava needs to pursue in order to fix our medical system. The first is creating a sustainable and realistic budget. Currently, just 0.29% of government spending is allocated to Healthcare. This is not acceptable. The Federalist Democratic Party pledges that, despite our belief in a private system, no less than 4% of any Federalist-Democratic budget will be delivered into healthcare. The second way of fixing our medical system, as alluded to in my last paragraph, is to retain a private healthcare system. Whilst we would support the creation of a National Health Insurance Program to prevent our poorest citizens from being denied healthcare due to monetary circumstance, and financial position, it is imperative that private companies are able to freely provide the best form of treatment that is possible. We therefore call upon the DU to reconsider their, what we have now proven to be, ludicrous proposal, and vote "no" alongside the Federalist Democratic Party, in order to further the prosperity of Dolgava.
