Military Overhaul for Intervention Act. Pursuant to the goals of the RCCL, the military of Luthori must be up to certain standards in order for us to engage in effective interventions around the globe. Our military must be powerful, loud, and proud of the mission they are there to undertake; the spread of freedom and liberty. However, it must adhere to international standards for conflict and must take care to maximize the amount of aid and minimize the amount of harm we cause to the local populace. |
