Proposals to defeat the Communists.

Directive I establishes the following;

- procedures to weed out Communists from the armed forces, intelligence services, police forces, judiciary, civil service and all other public sector roles.
- allows the Phalangists to establish an armed paramilitary organisation to support the armed forces and the police. All other parties are specifically forbidden from forming paramilitary organisations.
- international media is to be censored.
- the police have the power to disperse all public meetings that pose a threat to public safety. Any meeting of Communists is automatically considered a threat to public safety.
- domestic media is to be restricted so that all Communist publications are banned.

Directive II will follow in due course.
