Seeing as the Commanders of the Army, Navy, and Air Force are aging and nearing retirement, I, Arthur Sargent, Prime Minister of Lourenne, nominate the following officers of the military to fill the positions of Commander of the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Chief Military Officer. For Commander of the Army: Colonel Robert Dutoit Upon passage, Colonel Dutoit will be promoted to Général For Commander of the Navy: Commodore Michel Poulin Upon passage, Commodore Poulin will be promoted to Amiral For Commander of the Air Force: Colonel Gaston Morel Upon passage, Colonel Morel will be promoted to Général For Chief Military Officer: Along with filling the role of commander of the army, Colonel Dutoit will take the role of Chief Military Officer. |
