| Article 1 - In the tanamount defense of the People of Dorvik this act of the State Council with the ascent of the King and Kaiser of the Kingdom of Dorvik hereby outlaws political parties whose ideology is of any ideological branch of the wider umbrella ideology of Communism or Socialism; Article 2 - The exception being the Social Democratic ideology which will tentatively approved by the State Elections Commission and the Ministry of the Interior; Article 3 - Any political organizations or political parties which ascent to the aforementioned ideologies will immediately cease operations. Any political party or political organization which refuses to cease and desist will have their membership arrested and imprisioned for no less than 15 years; Article 4 - Enforcement of this law will belong to the Ministry of the Interior, the State Security Service and the State Investigative Police. |

It is a shame that our venerable coalition partner would suspect that the new “Revolutionary”, which is an attack on freedom and established order, will not want the banning and outlawing of certain ideologies. | Message | Herr Speaker, First of all, I'd like to express my gratitude to the New Era party and State Chancellor for their stance against this bill. I'd also like to say that I'm somewhat flattered by the actions of the DA who from the get-go see us as a threat to their fascist ideology. I can assure them that we will not stand idly by and wait until our collegues are dragged out of their homes and taken to jail or even a concentration camp. The so-called Dorvish Workers' Party has never had neither Dorvik's nor Workers' best interest in mind and I hope that soon you'll be a thing of past alongside your other fascist friends.
