Bill: PdM 1.6: "1 Million New Businesses - KMU Initiative"

Details

Submitted by[?]: Militärregierung - Alte Kämpfergruppe

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 4353

Description[?]:

Part of the PdM plans are to encourage a "1 Million New Businesses Initiative". While Metzists and Communists wish to destroy private ownership to end exploitation, we wish to expand it private ownership to achieve the end of exploitation.

The Government wishes to encourage the growth of family-run MiSMBs businesses ("kleine und mittlere Unternehmen" or KMU): micro- (<5 employees), small- (<25 employees) and medium-sized (<150 employees) shops, factories, businesses, and enterprises.

People are likely to work harder and with greater commitment if they themselves possess the businesses in which they labour or are treated not as an employee or associate but instead as a member of a larger financial family. No longer will they be exploited by greedy CEOs and transnational corporations.

To encourage the establishment and growth of MiSMBs (KMUs), this temporary measure of the Government will make available large amounts of grants, and encourage state/local government tax incentives ensure the development and success of these businesses.

Article I: New KMUs shall be eligible for loans, grants, and tax incentives sponsored by the national government. Similarly, KMUs that have been founded up to 14 months before the passage of this Initiative will be eligible for partial-sponsorship.

Article II: These small business loans, grants, and tax incentives sponsored by national government insurance applications to local and State governments shall equal no more than Ð50,000 per KMU. This total will decrease each year by one-third of Ð50,000 per KMU.

Article III: The national government shall use the Ministry of Trade & Industry funding to provide insurance schemes for the developing KMUs and subsidize their first 24 months of existence if qualifying.

Article IV: Upon the third-full calendar year of this Initiative, the Law enacted shall be re-evaluated.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically
