Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, It has been stated before - public schools cause segregation and inequality by their very existence, by being second-class institutions for the poor. The only way to ensure a good education for everyone is to eliminate government-run schools and instead give every student access to private education. Not only will this increase quality of life, when students are treated as customers of welfare services, it will also give freedom of choice, since private establishments can compete with their own specializations, and parents and students can find the alternative most suiting their situation.
