This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

MessageNo it has to have an overall majority, 50%+1, which in our case would be 376.

However the annoying thing is that the Libertarians have not been active for two days, thus at the moment although we have a majority (with the Prgressive Darwinists), we can't do anything without the Libertarians.
