Voting deadline: January 4354

Description[?]:

Giacomo Tancredi, Whip of AR:

"Mr Speaker,
we think that the owner of a television (and of a television subscription or service) and only him has the right to decide and regulate what he want to see in tv.
Furthermore, it should be the role of parents and tutors to take care of their children and about what they can see (also with the aid, in these time, of the tv devices which can obscure channels also in a programming mode). The state, we think, should just demand to the television services to warn the customers about what they are going to or are seeing (maybe through a simple system of coloured banners).

Thank you"
