A bill designed to open up the Luthori economy to the world trade, along with making sure our infrastructure is ready for the influx of goods that comes with increased trade, whether exporting or importing. Additionally, we want Luthori to be a world leader in the development of less fortunate countries, so propose high and and development and comprehensive interaction with such states to develop their governments and institutions in a style that promotes freedom, liberty, and economic freedom and rights.
