Submitted by[?]: Zhtál-Merlkai Tjarziprta

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4354

Description[?]:

I propose our nation signs up to an established international treaty which safeguards republicanism and protects the rights of the individual. It will also ensure an autocrat will find it difficult to gain power again:

But before we can ratify it we need to adjust our domestic laws in regards to the nobility so we are in compliance with the treaty.

MessageThis is not a right approach. The previous noble class were corrupt, yes. But now we have the chance to build new elites. We shouldn't waste this opportunity and get rid of social hierarchy completely, it would be disastrous for the society.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.
