| The actual walls proposed will be built in the next electoral term. This bill would just authorise a step up in border control. Article one: border fences will be erected in areas effected by illegal immigration, human trafficking and more, these will be temporary and eventually replaced by the border defences promised if we win the next election. Contracted companies will be used to mantain the fences and ensure there are no points of weakness. The base will be cemented, making it extremely hard to tunnel under. Article two: these fences will be strongly defended by troops and locally employed gaurds. Article three: checkpoints will be established on all roads and everyone will have to be searched and show a passport. Article four: Checkpoints will not be established on major roads and will instead be fitted with CCTV and numberplate recognition, so it is still clear who is enterting and leaving. Border gaurds, police and troops will be based around the roads to intercept any illegal activity. |
