Description[?]:
Dear colleagues, After reviewing this topic for the last year we have seen a lot of tends that take place. One of the more significant ones is the amount of people who cannot afford university so decide not to go. This is horrifying for our economy as if people are not looking into higher education, then how are students goi to build up skills and qualifications for jobs? We are proposing to set minimum standards for all universities to follow as well as the introduction of means tested loans to be paid back after achieving a specific wage in which the finance minister will help to decide. This is more fair as we are helping those based on their needs so we won't able paying money to students who can actually afford it but it is still fair as students who recieve loans will have to pay it all back but not under quite the same rules Rebecca Greening Minister of Education and Culture |

Message | Dear Conservatives, While we disagree that access is the issue(freedom from the inherent tyranny of commerce is the issue we think).-we do support the policies as it will be useful for building up the Empire. We support making a class on Duty as a core ethic so as to better equip students the will to pay off their loans(Ability is only one part of that fraction). We should also support sending our students to foreign nations to learn and gather information on other countries. Signed ICP |

Message | Dear ICP, This bill is not about building intelligence on other countries and we will not be putting reforms into that as we don't agree with undermining nations in that way when we have no reason to do so It is simply to give them better chances to build of skills for jobs they wish to go into in the future Rebecca Greening Minister of education and culture |

Message | Dear Han Soo-Mi, I will only sign the work based on exchange to see what other countries cultures are like and to gain new experiences. We are not for sending spies to other countries. It will start wars if we are not careful and we should be avoiding that at the moment Rebecca Greening Education and Culture Minister |
