| This is the first bill of our Counter-government plan. We will propose a serie of proposals in contraposition with the polices of the current government. The particularity of these proposals is their moderacy: they don't reflect only the communist sensibilities, but also the different ones of the parties with wich we want to form a new government of coalition. |

Proposal[?] to change The government's policy regarding the keeping of endangered animals.
Old value:: Everyone may keep endangered animals, but the trade in, and the ownership of, endangered animals is strictly regulated by the government to prevent their extinction in the wild.
Current: Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep endangered animals; all other forms of keeping or trading in endangered animals are forbidden.

In fact, we doesn't support the first article and we have concerns about the reversing of local legislations. However, we cannot deny that we are more attracted by the fact that this bill would enhance greatly the natural protection.
