Description[?]:
The People's Revolutionary Party proposes that "The Free State of Malivia" abolishes the privatization of national defense industries by enacting the"Anti-Privatization of National Industries" (A.P.N.I.) Bill within the nation-state. The bill proposes that: i) The state seizes control of any and all private national defense industries within the land and maritime borders of "The Free State of Malivia" by nationalizing each and every private national defense industry within the land and maritime borders of "The Free State of Malivia" ii) The state prohibits the formation of any private national defense industries within the land and maritime borders of "The Free State of Malivia". The People's Revolutionary Party opposes that "The state owns national defence industries but these exist alongside privately owned defence industries" considering that: i) It transitions a means of "security" into a "commodity", causing multi-national private-military companies to monopolize on the security of the citizens of "The Free State of Malivia". ii) Political representatives of "The Free State of Malivia" could be easily lobbied by shareholders to serve the interests of private military organizations rather than the interests of the citizens of "The Free State of Malivia". iii) Foreign nation-states that possess control of these private military multi-national corporations could bribe Malivian representatives to engage in overt or covert military operations within the land and maritime borders of "The Free State of Malivia", which may threaten the lives of the citizens of "The Free State of Malivia". iv) Corporate Laws, such as privacy or confidentiality Laws, prohibit private military contractors, including mercenaries, from being held accountable for any Human Rights violations that are committed within "The Free State of Malivia". v) International Laws only apply to agents of a nation-state rather than agents of a private company, causing private corporations from being exempt from being charged for committing international Human Rights violations within the "Free State of Malivia". The People's Revolutionary Army proposes that "The Free State of Malivia" "...owns all defence industries" within the land and maritime borders of "The Free State of Malivia" considering that: i) It ensures that military agents serve the interests of the state, alongside with it's people, rather than the interests of "capital". ii) It ensures that foreign nation-states are incapable of utilizing multi-national corporations as a "proxy" for their overt and covert operations iii) It ensures that military agents are 100% held accountable for their actions on a national and international scale according to the Federal Laws of the state and International Laws of the world. |
