Message | The People's Revolutionary Party agrees that public nudity, excluding "covered" breast-feeding within public, should be heavily restricted to "Nudity-permitted zones" in order to ensure that cases of sexual harassment are decreased by subjects whom are deemed to be sexually harassed for staring at a human being's genitals. |

Message | It is backwards in on itself comrade that you are asking us to put laws into place that ban nudity in a nation that has had them for centuries. It is you that feels uncomfortable not the people. |

Message | Just because a law has been implemented during centuries doesn't mean that it's fine. Malivia itself was a dictatorship for many years (Malivia Imperium), was that fine because it lasted a long time? No, it wasn't. http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Malivia Plus, the new cabinet of ministers will be approved in 1 month; that is the most important thing that we have to decide "now" (I'm saying this as it's October 4356) After November, we won't have anything more important to vote. |
Date | 07:25:50, March 03, 2018 CET | From | People's Revolutionary Party | To | Debating the Clarification of Nudity Proposal |
Message | It is the notion that Malivians should be able to choose whether to observe nudity by either: A) Attending "Nudity-Zones" B) Attending "Nudity-Free Zones". It reduces "Sexual Harassment" cases considering that victims whom perceive the observation of one's genitals to be "obscene" are not impacted by such nudity in a negative manner. One must also note that The Free State of Malivia has underwent dramatic changes, in the terms of culture, due to the state's acceptance of immigrants, causing traditional customs to be a hindrance to the migrants whom heavily oppose such practices. Thus, embracing the notion of CHOOSING whether to visit "nudity-permitted" zones is determined by the individual, rather than forcing individuals to observe nude subjects within public. Traditional fallacies are fallacious... |
