| We find it a shameful place when one-self can sell themselves for sexual intercourse with strangers who pay. Prostitution is a last resort for people who are on the bottom of a social ladder and having problems in their personal life. I feel the right that there should be a wide range of facilities in which help is offered to those people who are having such troubles. This would employ a new profession and help local economies. It would be up to local government in how they would fund and manage such facilities but it must match certain regulations... In which the purpose of the bill is to help people in the desperate situation of prostitution and make it illegal and enforce it as been not a career. But. If people are caught doing so it will be the people paying that will be fined over $600 and the prostitute will be taken into care and helped by professional people... I hope you could understand the method and purpose of this bill, and therefore you can fully support it... |

| Message | No. If you read properly it would be illegal. But the person making payment would get fined the one who is the prostitue will get help, and if he/she does prostitution again will be fined. This will be on the second time. She/he will recieve porfessional help to keep them out of prostitution. But once recieving help if they do it again they will be fined. |
