The administration of Justice throughout the nation is heavily dependent on the weight and severity of judicial punishments, therefore we propose the following changes to empower our the nations courts to issue punishments to criminals that will ensure people fear the consequences of breaking our laws. Old value:: There are regional courts, but decisions of regional courts may be appealed to national courts (if the right to appeal exists).
Current: There is a uniform system of courts across the nation.
Proposed: There are regional courts that have jurisdiction over questions of regional law and national courts that have jurisdiction over questions of national law.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Voting rights of criminals.
Old value:: Criminals released from jail are allowed to vote.
Current: Criminals are always allowed to vote, regardless of whether they are in jail or not.
Proposed: Criminals released from jail are allowed to vote after a certain period of time.
Article 3

Old value:: Prisoners can do certain jobs in prison, voluntarily, for a small wage.
