| The Son of Heaven, who is the Supreme Ruler and Emperor of the State of Indrala, has declared that; The Prince Yinju, having reached the age of adulthood, shall henceforth be recognized as the Emperor's heir. He shall be afforded the title of Crown Prince. Crown Prince Kai will renounce his title and be afforded the title of Prince. Succession shall be as follows: 1. Crown Prince Yinju 2. Prince Wanjun 3. Prince Kai 4. Lord Father Luhan All nobles and high-ranking government officials within His Imperial Majesty's realm are invited to visit the Crown Prince at the Imperial Palace. In an expression of His Imperial Majesty's profound joy and happiness at the coming-of-age of his son, the Crown Prince Yinju, the Emperor has also decided to grant noble titles to a number of individuals, including: (A) Cheng Yuhan, Patriarch of the Clan Cheng shall be enobled as His Lordship, Cheng Yuhan, Marquis of Mei Cheng Palace (A1) This title shall be hereditary and may only be passed to the original title holder's male-line descendants. (A2) This title shall decrease a grade with each succession may be created, but maintain at the grade of Baron. (B) Lü Yejun, Chief Counselor of Indrala and heir-apparent to the patriarchy of the Clan Lü shall be enobled as His Lordship, Count Lü Yejun, (B1) This title shall be hereditary and may only be passed to the original title holder's male-line descendants. The Son of Heaven, who is the Supreme Ruler and Emperor of the State of Indrala, has also declared that; Foreign Minister Ni Zhihong shall be inducted into the 雲鶴勳章 (Order of Cloud and Crane) for her role in securing the return of three kidnapped Indralan citizens through diplomatic means.
