Article 3 The Khagan is the head of the Great Jelbek Horde and determines foreign and defence policy in collaboration with his Mnistrs. Article 4 The Khagan shall require the assent of a responsible Mnistr in all appointments and official acts except in the exercise of his reserve powers Article 5 The Mnistrs are responsible to both the Khagan and the Kurultai. Article 6 The Kurultai may only be dissolved with the joint consent of the Khagan and the Kurultai itself Article 7 The Kurultai may review the actions of Mnistrs and censure them as necessary. Article 8 Succession to the throne shall be based on male preference primogeniture with all male dynasts have preference before all females. OOC: This part of the bill is an RP law. |
