AN ACT to ban political and religious extremism from within the Federal Republic of Kazulia and its legal successor states.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟏: 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐦
Political organisations directly or indirectly championing the beliefs, principles and/or accords of far-left and/or far-right political action shall be hereby declared to be an unlawful organisation.
𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 1: 𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 —
(𝘢) that any organisation professes itself (through its name and principles) to be an organisation aimed at promoting the ideals and principles of political extremism
(𝘣) that any organisation engages in activities aimed at championing the principles and ideals of left-wing and right-wing extremism.
(𝘤) that any organisation is directly or indirectly controlled by an organisation which professes itself to be an organisation aimed at promoting the ideals and principles of political extremism.
It is at their discretion to declare that organisation to be an unlawful organisation, without notice to the organisation itself.

𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 2: 𝘕𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 —
(𝘢) become, continue to be or perform any act as an office-bearer, officer or member of the unlawful organisation
(𝘣) carry, display any symbol or item associated with the unlawful organisation
(𝘤) contribute to the unlawful organisation through financial or material means.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟐: 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐦
Religious movements which directly or indirectly champion the beliefs, principles and/or accords of any form of religion that opposes democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of different faiths and beliefs shall be hereby declared to be an unlawful organisation of individuals.
𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 3: 𝘐𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥 —
(𝘢) that any organisation (might it be of individuals or otherwise) advocate armed fighting in defence of religious views.
(𝘣) that any organisation (might it be of individuals or otherwise) promotes the principles of any religion which has been deemed to be (1) unconstitutional and (2) a breach of international human rights.
(𝘤) that any organisation (might it be of individuals or otherwise) champions the sentiment that individuals should abandon that laws of the land for the religious laws of a given religion
It is at their discretion to declare the movement unlawful, without notice of the movement itself.

𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 4: 𝘕𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 —
(𝘢) become, continue to be or perform any act as an office-bearer, officer or member of the unlawful organisation
(𝘣) carry, display any symbol or item associated with the unlawful organisation
(𝘤) contribute to the unlawful organisation through financial or material means.

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝟑: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐭.
𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 1: 𝘈𝘯 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘶𝘱 𝘵𝘰 15 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘧 𝘩𝘦/𝘴𝘩𝘦 —
(𝘢) indulges in activities as prescribed in Article 1; Sections 1 and 2.
(𝘣) indulges in activities as prescribed in Article 2; Sections 3 and 4.

𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 2: Religious extremism and the Counter-Terrorism and Internal Security Act.
(𝘢) persons who indulge in the activities as prescribed in Article 2; Sections 3 and 4 shall be liable to be prosecuted under the Counter-Terrorism and Internal Security Act (http://bit.ly/2Af2SDN)
(𝘣) the state reserves the ability to dismantle entire organisation and movement (which exert characteristics as prescribed by Article 1 and 2) without notifying the organisation and movement itself.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡, 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝟐/𝟑 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬/ to be amended and/or to be abolished
