We offer this tax plan for the Assembly-line workers, the fisherman, the farmers, the ranchers and all the other hardworking people of Rutania, under this plan which raises taxes for the wealthiest Rutanians we can achieve a balanced budget all while lowering taxes for the vast majority of Rutanians.
