The last century has seen Indrala experience change on an unprecedented scale. Economic stability and growth following the end of the RC/Pua dictatorship has led to a modern Indrala which is prosperous and thriving. The Jiaozhi Miracle, in the words of Grand Chancellor Kwan Zhiyong, “[drove]… this country bravely into a high-tech future.” In an increasingly interconnected and interdependent world, Indrala has a unique opportunity to lead in the 42nd century.
In an alternate miracle, Heaven gave its mandate to His Imperial Majesty, who at present reigns from the Dragon Throne. The enthronement of a Son of Heaven was propelled by a popular movement, and served as the zenith of Indrala’s cultural rebirth. YingPop and the Indralan entertainment industry are now observed and enjoyed around the world. The wealth of Indralan culture has itself become a desired import in markets around the world.

Indeed, this modern era provides many opportunities for Indrala. At the same time, however, this globalized world poses unique challenges. Foreign state fragility, conflict and authoritarian regimes continues to shape our world and pose challenges to our government. Indrala must stand poised to respond. This paper will lay out, conclusively, Indrala’s foreign policy strategy for the 42nd century.

𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐀𝐈𝐑𝐒

Demographically, Indrala has changed significantly over the past 50 years. Indrala has welcomed nearly two million Kyo refugees fleeing the authoritarian regime in Dankuk, as well as nearly two million Kunikata refugees escaping the violence of the Hulstrian Civil War (4304). We must continue to embrace cultural diversity to promote community cohesion. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘂𝗸.

𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘

The best way to forge new relationships around the world while benefiting the State of Indrala is through trade. In the past decade, Indrala has signed two new Comprehensive Free Trade Agreements (Jelbania and Barmenistan). 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲-𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀. In particular, Majatra and Keris are continents which have major under-utilized labour and natural resources, and are governed by a multitude of nations which are friendly to Indrala and our values. We must continue to grow these strategic partnerships.

We must also look for opportunities to enter into similar arrangements with nations in Southern Dovani. In particular Kimlien and Hanzen. Expanding the legal framework for Indralan direct investment in these nations would benefit the working-class peoples of those nations, helping many rise out of poverty through work.

Additionally, the government should look at streamlining trade throughout the Anantonese Ocean. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Indrala is dedicated to international peace, stability and egalitarianism. All people are endowed with the inalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by the virtue of being born on this planet. Thus, our military engagements abroad must serve to protect and enhance these core values around the world. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀. Indrala is not able to stand idly by as tyrants rise to power and the universal human right to dignity and the pursuit of happiness fall under threat. In particular, our nation has had to deal with an authoritarian, aggressive despot and effective one-party state in Dankuk. Tragically, one of Indrala's closest historical allies has fallen to tyranny. After a pro-democratic movement led by President Alfredo de la Cruz, Dankuk was poised to restore her honour and rise again, following its juche dictatorship. However, those within the Imperial Conservative Party chose to regress, and in a bloody and indiscriminate military coup, deposed the rightful monarchs and legislators of Dankuk. Message	Mr. Speaker, Due to the recent events in foreign affairs, the Social Democrats will this time be supporting the Dai Paper. What the government of Dankuk has done is an inexcusable violation of human rights and a clearly a movement of aggression against Indrala. They must receive some sort of punishment for their crimes. Message	Mr. Speaker, We're glad to see that the Social Democrats are finally prepared to take Indrala's place in the world seriously. It's unfortunate that their political posturing left Indrala without a foreign strategy for a decade. Nonetheless, the Dai Paper is about moving forward.
