The Union Hosienne-Démocrate propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the economic and social situation of the République Fédérale de Kanjor.

Article I: All health care facilities, payments, and insurance shall be placed under local/provincial control. However, the national government shall provide funding to hospitals and facilities of no more than 1/3 of the cost to provide care for a patient (est. ₭450 per patient per year), to be determined by a "head count" of patient records in each hospital/facility during the final week of the 4363 fiscal year (est. at 80 million unique patients).

Article II: The policies regarding private hospitals, clinics, and facilities shall be placed under the local/provincial control.
