| (This bill was proposed by the MP Julia Buccho) This bill seek to create a vast and comprehensive system of public libraries that would be called ''Hutorian Library Service'' A national libraries system can provide us many benefit: 1. It would be easier for the government to encourage the Hutorian litterature. 2. Contracts between the librairies system and the publishing houses would be less complicated. 3. It would be easier to provide to every Hutorian libraries the kind of book they need to provide to their customers a diverse books selection. Provision: Article 1) A new federal agency will be created and this agency will be called ''Hutorian Library Service'' (HLS) Article 2) This agency will control, own and oversees every public library in Hutori Article 3) The HLS will be funded and controlled by the ministry of Education and Culture |

| Message | Mr Speaker, I must applaud the honorable member for introducing this bill. Libraries are an important part of our society and creating the Hutorian Library Service will help ensure libraries across this country are fully stocked with books of all genres so that Hutorians can have access to them.
