Details

Submitted by[?]: People's Revolutionary Party

Status[?]: defeated

Voting deadline: June 4372

Description[?]:

THE DEBATE SHALL EXIST FOR A DURATION OF TIME PRIOR TO ENTERING THE VOTING STAGE SINCE THIS ISSUE MUST BE DISCUSSED IN DETAIL:

The People's Revolutionary Party proposes that "Foreign Diplomats" must be held accountable for their actions within The Free State of Malivia based on the sole premise that "No one is above the Law". If political representatives and parliamentarians of The Free State of Malivia intend to ensure that the state's justice system is taken seriously, the nation-state MUST begin enforcing it's Laws on to any individual, whether from above or below, that infringes the legal codes within the system. It is IMPERATIVE that subjects should be prosecuted for committing any criminal offenses, whether major or minor, within the Free State of Malivia through a "Fair Trial", rather than to be completely immune from committing criminal infractions due to their elitist status within and outside of the nation.

In order to ensure that foreign diplomats are held accountable for abiding by the Laws of "The Free State of Malivia", the state MUST abolish and terminate the following treaties. If such treaties are terminated, the state shall begin the process of altering The Free State of Malivia's foreign policies that ensures that foreign diplomats are held accountable for their crimes within this noble nation.

If you reject this proposal, you clearly believe that the Malivian legal system does not apply to individuals solely based on their bourgeois-status within the international system. It is completely unjust for proletarian citizens to suffer the consequences for their actions while the foreign bourgeois-diplomat is free to commit violations without undergoing the EQUAL consequences for their actions. A homicide should be treated according to the Law, regardless of one's wealth or rank.

Support this bill or be perceived as an enemy to the very legal system that ensures that justice is served within "The Free State of Malivia". Malivia is NOT free until every single individual is held accountable for their actions within the land and maritime borders of this beloved nation.

MessageThe Free State of Malivia could reproduce the treaty with changes that ensures that their diplomats are held accountable for any criminal actions within The Free State of Malivia directly after terminating the current treaty.

The objective is to ensure that diplomats are held accountable for their crimes within the borders of Malivia, rather than causing these entities to be immune to acts that are intended to be applied to each and every single human being within The Free State of Malivia.
