Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy regarding the keeping of endangered animals.
Old value:: Local governments decide about this.
Current: Everyone may keep endangered animals, without any restrictions whatsoever.
Proposed: Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep endangered animals; all other forms of keeping or trading in endangered animals are forbidden.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy regarding the keeping of exotic animals.
Old value:: Local governments decide about this.
Current: Everyone may keep exotic animals, the trade in exotic animals is unregulated.
Proposed: Only zoos or zoological institutions are allowed to keep exotic animals.
Article 3

Old value:: Local governments may set up forestry agencies. Where they do not, forestry is on a commercial basis.
Current: All forestry is performed by private companies.
Proposed: There is a national agency which owns all forests, but subcontracts the work to private companies.

Message | Antonio Rosso, AI Vice Leader, We are surprised to be saying this, but we support some of these proposals. We agree with Article 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10. This is the majority of articles and hence we would support this proposal, unwillingly. Nonetheless, I ask you to split up this bill. |
