MessageGiorgia Ciriello, Whip of AR:

"Mr Speaker,
we vote against this bill because at the time we proposed a law to limit at 16 years old the compulsory education, to allow to those student that finish their studies at 16 (the professional and technical institutes) to find a job and to not infringe the compulsory education age limit.
Istalia adopted two regulatory texts for our educational system:
- D.d.l. 4/4230: Education Overhaul: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=525532
- D.d.l 1/4243 - Educational Reform: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=529854

In these regulatory texts it's explained why we adopted the 16 age limit.

Thank you"

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.

Random quote: "The man who prefers his country before any other duty shows the same spirit as the man who surrenders every right to the state. They both deny that right is superior to authority." - John Dalberg-Acton
