Introduction:- The Fleinn (Spear) Nuclear Programme, covers the deployment, procurement and operational capacity of the current stockpile of nuclear weapons of the Kingdom of Kazulia. In accordance with national security concerns, the state maintains ambiguous policy to confirm or deny its own possession of nuclear weapons or to give any indication regarding their potential use to the general public. As the programme is becoming to its period for modernisation, the government must decide whether the Fleinn Programme must be deactivated or renewed.

In accordance with the Security Information Act, the government cannot provide specific numbers where it pertains to the nations current nuclear arsenal however, members are welcome to assume that the state possess between 10-80 nuclear warheads. Since its conception, the responsibility of command and control has been placed onto the Land Forces, mainly due to the fact that the majority of said warheads of silo-based intercontinental ballistic missiles and short-range ballistic missiles. It should be noted that the location of these silos shall remain classified. Recently, the government has introduced a federal agency subordinate to the Department of Defence, coined the Royal Nuclear Security Service aimed at relieving the land forces of security purposes and replacing them with a specialised law enforcement service.
