Description[?]:
Ernesto Revara, General secretary of the PCI and upcoming Head of Government: As the next Head of Government, I propose this first bill for the discussion and the approval of the whole coalition: I know that the dear collegues of Fronte Democratico and Alleanza Radicale support devolution on some matters, but I think we all believe that education should be provided equally through the whole nation. This government won't surely change many of the federalist reforms of the past years, but the education of our children is a matter we care indifferently from the region we live in.
