Messagei dont really see daoikuran not allowing this one. It IS a federal move, but still takes away their power because it is legal.

MessageWhile we agree with the legality of cannabis, and would legalize it if we felt we had jurisdiction, we continue to maintain that such matters are best left to local governments. Ironically, we do not see that these two proposals shoudl be mutually exclusive. Cannibis could be legal nationwide for patients, and regulated otherwise by local governments. However, since that is not an option, and since we favor jurisdiction over health matters to be granted to local governments, and finally, since cannabis is not a sedative of clinical application, we will oppose this bill.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically

Random quote: "The worst thing the bad guys can do is force us to doubt the good ones." - Viria Agelasta, former Selucian politician
