| Those Rutanians who happen to born of foreign parents or happen to be born in a foreign land should be allowed Rutanian citizenship without further restrictions. Allowing our people to hold multiple citizenship endangers the Commonwealth in no way, criminals will still be investigated, this only allows law-abiding citizens to travel and hold status in our nation with less hassle. |
