The Writ on the Line of Succession - updated April 4370 - The Kaiser(in) is the hereditary head of state of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria and Mikuni in accordance with the constitution. - Upon the death of the Kaiser(in), the law of absolute primogeniture succession will be used to ensure the Crown is rightfully passed to his/her eldest legitimate child (known as the Crown Prince/Princess and/or Heir Apparent from birth). This decision must be ratified by the Imperial Diet and Länderrat. - If the Crown Prince/Princess has not reached adulthood at the time of the Kaiser(in)'s death, a regent shall be appointed as per the constitution. - The right of succession belongs to the eldest child of the reigning sovereign and then to the eldest child of the eldest child. |
