Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 4375
Description[?]:
Honorable House, The current policy of opt-out organ donations is discriminatory towards the Arkhe religion, which calls for most organs to be preserved in tombs after death. Many do not know about this law or cannot find the time to opt out, resulting in the violation of their bodies' sanctity after death. More generally, we believe the governmwnt claiming the organs of people after death by default is a slippery government overreach. We hope to transition the organ donation law to an opt-in policy.
