65% is too much and might start capital flight. We have to let the rich play a little to let them use their money here-but I think regulating how the money is spent is better than taxing their revenue. Letting them fund artworks and national monuments is a great way to feed their egos and help our nation at same time. We should instill in them a spirit to compete to fund the greatness of Dankuk instead of punishing them for their wealth.
